Our clients understandably have questions about the painting services we provide. From the paint we use to how long it takes, we’ve tried to answer some of the more common ones – but if you have more to ask us, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
AFTERCARE
How do I care for my paint?
The paint becomes touch dry very quickly but takes longer to harden underneath the top layer. It takes a few days for the paint to harden, so you will need to be careful over this time.
If damage occurs, we can easily take the door/drawer away for repainting, but there will be an additional charge unless the damage is caused by the paint.
What do I need to use to clean the units/furniture with once painted?
You can clean the newly painted units/furniture with warm, soapy water. Do not use cleaning products such as bleach.

What sort of paint do you use?
We use paint from recognised suppliers that is guaranteed for five years.
Can I choose my colour?
Yes, there is a wide range of colours to choose from. Select a colour from any RAL Chart or British Standard Colour Chart.
Do you need to remove the windows/doors while you spray them?
We remove opening and closing windows and doors.
Where there is no opening, we carefully mask around the areas that don’t need painting, which means that there is minimal disruption to your home.
How long does it take to complete the work?
This depends on the size of the job. We will provide you with an estimate of timescales, but these are dependent on suppliers and can be subject to change. Dates will be confirmed when you advise that you want to go ahead with the work.
